Prior to co-founding Sesco Information systems Inc., Ravi had over 10 years of software development and marketing experience with various software consulting firms. His technology expertise includes management positions at several large software houses including serving as VP Technologies at May-soft Inc., delivering targeted cost-effective IT solutions.
During this period he co-founded Saehan InfoTech, a Korean technology company. While serving as CTO of Saehan through 1999, Mr. Kashyap raised over $2 million in equity financing.

Ravi has experience in managing and delivering large software development and integration projects to clients in a number of verticals. His insight and involvement in IT projects has allowed Sesco to provide value-added IT solutions to numerous corporate clients.

Mr. Rowling began his career in the document processing industry since 1990. During his 15 years in Information Technology, John consulted with numerous technology systems integrators and product companies and assisted financial institutions across the globe with their document processing needs.

His present role at Sesco is in strengthening the project solutions practice and further developing the company's business. Responsibilities included forming corporate infrastructure, investment structuring and business development.

Mr. Rowling obtained a B.S in Communications & Networks from University Of Westminster, UK and an MBA from Cardiff University, UK.

Rajani Arakere is a Chartered Accountant and brings over thirteen years of extensive accounting experience, specializing in finance, banking, technology and communications companies, both publicly traded and private.

This experience was gained through a unique combination of rigorous formal training as a professional accountant at leading accounting firm. Ms. Arakere participated directly in numerous aspects of the portfolio companies' businesses and worked with them to develop profitable business models, manage cash flow and budget expenditures appropriately, perform financial modeling and assisted in capital raising initiatives and investor presentations. Ms. Arakere developed strong leadership and supervisory skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and projects within budgetary and time constraints.

Ms. Arakere is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom.

As a member of a lean and dynamic management team, Ms. Arakere possesses a broad based skill set enabling her to fulfill multiple tasks within Sesco including: financial and administrative management, project planning and management, human resources and recruiting along with active collaboration with the other executive team members in the areas of business model development, sales and marketing, strategic alliance development and technology development planning.
